From first walkthrough to first putt.
Every successful green starts with preparation and ends with precision. Our installation process is built on craftsmanship and attention to detail — ensuring your new surface performs beautifully for years.

Consultation & site evaluation
We walk the property with you, measure available space, evaluate sun exposure and drainage, and talk through how you actually want to play. Stimp speed preference, fringe vs. chipping zone, lighting needs — every variable gets logged before we draft.

Design & custom planning
Our design team produces a 3D layout showing contours, cup positions, fringe geometry, and the exact stimp speed your turf system will deliver. You approve the plan before we order materials.

Base construction & drainage
We excavate to a 4-inch depth, lay a permeable geotextile membrane, and compact two layers of decomposed granite — Class II at the bottom, fine 1/4" minus on top. The whole base is graded to spec with a laser level.

Turf installation & detailing
Premium nylon putting turf rolled out, mechanically seamed, and stretched to spec. Cup holes are core-drilled, regulation 4.25" cups dropped in, and fringe trimmed by hand for a clean visual transition.

Final grooming & quality check
Silica sand infill brushed in to bring the turf to its design stimp. Our installer runs a stimpmeter on every quadrant, walks every seam, and tests every cup. The day we leave, the green is ready to play.
