We design every lighting plan as four layers: path lighting at ankle height, accent uplights on trees and architecture, soft downlights from above, and warm in-ground markers for steps and edges. All 12V LED, all bronze die-cast fixtures, all on a smart transformer with astronomic timer and zone control from your phone. The result is restrained, layered, and almost invisible — until the sun goes down.

From night-walk to final dim.
Great lighting is designed at night, not by daylight. We do every consultation after dark with handheld test fixtures so you see the actual effect before we wire a thing — then engineer the system to match.

Night-walk consultation
We meet on-site after dark with handheld 12V test lights. We position fixtures live, see the actual shadows and beam-spreads, and finalize layer placement before any wire is run.

Wire route & transformer plan
We map low-voltage wire runs from a single home-mounted transformer with capacity for the full system plus 30% headroom. Routes follow planting beds — no trenching across lawn.

Trenching & cable
Direct-burial 12-gauge low-voltage cable is trenched 6" deep along bed lines. All connections are made with watertight gel-filled connectors — no wire-nuts in soil.

Fixture setting & aiming
Bronze die-cast fixtures are set in beds, in-ground for uplights, and mounted high in canopy for downlights. We aim every fixture at night to dial in shadow and reveal.

Smart transformer & controls
A smart 12V transformer is mounted at the home. Wi-Fi enabled with astronomic timer (auto sunset/sunrise), zone control, and dimming through a phone app or wall keypad.

Final tune & handoff
A final after-dark walkthrough — every fixture is fine-aimed, dimmer levels are dialed, scenes are saved (Dinner, Late Night, Holiday). Then we hand you the app login and the warranty.
