Cook outside. Live outside.
Custom-built BBQ islands with stainless built-in grills, prep counters, sinks, refrigeration, and bar seating — engineered into your patio so the kitchen happens where the people are. No more flipping burgers in the corner of the yard.
Built-in beats roll-around.
A real outdoor kitchen isn't a rolling cart parked on the patio — it's an island. Built-in grill, stone counters at the right height, a sink, refrigeration, and bar seating around the cook. The difference is whether the kitchen is part of the party or hiding from it.
We design every BBQ island around your grill brand, your menu, and the patio it lives on. Gas, electric, and water are stubbed during the build so nothing is exposed. Counters are slab granite or quartz, faces are stone veneer or stucco to match the home. The result is a piece of the house — built outside.
Six islands, six lifestyles.
From a clean linear cook island for a modern patio to a U-shaped pizza-oven and grill setup for a serious entertainer. Match the island to how you actually cook — and how many people you cook for.

The numbers behind a built-in kitchen.
Standard kitchen counter height — works with stools at 30" seat height.
Deep enough for a built-in grill plus a knife strip and prep zone in front.
Code-compliant ventilation cutouts for any 3-burner+ built-in gas grill.
Stone-veneer islands with stainless components last 15+ years outdoors.
Four ways to cook outside.
A great BBQ island earns its footprint by changing how you use the patio. We design every layout around the cooking style — quick weeknight grill, weekend pizza party, all-day pool entertaining, or the full chef's setup.
The built-in grill.
A clean stainless drop-in grill with side burner, prep counter, and storage drawers — the everyday cook's island.
Bar & entertaining hub.
L-shape island with bar seating, a sink, and a beverage fridge — the kitchen becomes the party.
Wood-fired pizza oven.
A masonry pizza oven anchors a stone-hearth island. Cooks at 800°F, doubles as a focal feature when not lit.
Pool-side bar & cabana.
A wet-bar island poolside — drinks, ice, sink, and seating for swimmers without tracking water inside.
From foundation pour to final tile.
A built-in island is permitted plumbing, gas, and structural work — not a weekend kit. Every island we build is engineered to the home, code-compliant on the gas line, and finished to match the architecture.
Cooking-style consult & layout
We meet on the patio and design the island around how you cook — grill brand, prep zones, seating, side burner, sink, fridge. The plan dictates utility runs and structure.

Foundation & utility stubs
Concrete pad is poured to the island footprint with gas, electric, and water lines stubbed up at exact locations. Permits are pulled where required.

Frame & structure
Steel-stud or masonry-block frame is built on the pad. Apertures for grill, side burner, fridge, and trash drawer are sized to the exact appliance specs.

Counter slab & veneer
Granite, quartz, or concrete counter slabs are templated, cut, and installed. Stone veneer or stucco face is installed on the island sides to match the home.

Appliance install & hookup
Built-in grill, side burner, fridge, sink, and trash drawer are dropped in and connected to gas, electric, and water. Licensed plumber and electrician do final hookups.

Final inspection & commission
Gas pressure tested, electrical inspected, water lines flushed. We light every burner, run every appliance, and hand off care & warranty docs at final walkthrough.
